I absolutely loved being a police officer. It was an honor. After 22 years of service, I retired as a sergeant, with a ton of memorable experiences. Two of those experiences pushed me to maintain my personal fitness. One was as a bicycle squad sergeant and the other was as a TAC Team member. The men and women on those two teams were some of the very best. 

 

But, I remember how hard it was working as a patrol officer. The varying shifts, missing holidays with my family, freezing in the winter on midnight shift, and navigate around down trees and power lines after hurricanes. I remember how challenging it was to eat healthy, to stay in the gym, and to make my health a priority. 

My mission is still to help the community, but now, my help is in the area of personal fitness and nutrition. My job is to listen, to craft good workouts, and to help with nutrition goals. That's why I created Bravo Shift, to help.
